Stepmother's Märchen Shuli

Drew Shuli from a manhwa called Stepmother's märchen. It's a really good comic, I enjoyd a lot and I absolutely loved Shuli's design. I also really liked working on the dress, it was fun combining different materials to make this 1800's puffy dress.
